To all my lovely clients, new and existing... I completely understand that everyone has very busy lives nowadays and things do crop up meaning you can't attend your appointments. However can I PLEASE, PLEASE ask you to cancel your appointments with as much notice as possible or at least let me know whether you're not going to be able to make them. I've had several no shows over the past week and it's such a shame as I have a cancellation list as long as my arm and am not able to fill these gaps with no notice. I thank you all so much for your continued loyalty and always try my best to get everyone in where possible. So please, as much notice for cancelling/re arranging appointments is greatly appreciated.
