RAW honey

The Honey is produced mainly from Rapeseed flowers which bloom from April to May. Rapeseed is a favourite of the Honeybees and the source of most of the pollen and nectar they collect. Honey is extracted from the hives by hand and spun using old traditional methods. The Honey is pure: unfiltered and untreated. You can recognise rapeseed honey from its distinctive colour, once it is set is naturally pale in colour and smooth and creamy in texture. Raw honey is natural source of vitamin E and antioxidants. Honey is not recommended for children under 12 months.
