It’s been a minute since I’ve checked in I’m aware 😰

It’s been a very very tough 12 months for me and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to each and everyone of you for being THE best bunch of ppl I could ever wish for.
I am just checking in to say I am finally on the mend both physically and mentally and I love you all for bearing with me through the storm of my life.

I have just today gotten confirmation that my last op will be early January ‘26.. I am however more than capable to do most hairdressing moving forward from now, although it may take a little while longer.

Just putting the feelers out and interested to hear via PM or comment if you would want an appointment??
I am looking at a few potential venues for my business to grow so if this is of any interest to you/ppl you know, new clients etc please please get in touch.

Hey everyone!

It’s been a while since I checked in with you all as there’s not been much to report sadly.

I’ve just been to another specialist regarding my shoulder injury….the top of my left arm has a 50/50% chance of recovery, however the lower arm and hand are still not functioning as they should 😨

My surgeon is going to revise the results and decide on the next course of action.
There are 2 options:

1: Another operation to hopefully repair the nerve damage

2: leave it as it stands and my career is finished 💔💔💔

Once a decision has been made I will update you all further. For now please send me healing vibes, I can’t imagine a life without my scissors!

Hi everyone!

Wishing you all a brilliant new year ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just popping on with a quick update. I had my first physio appointment yesterday, whist the doctor and my consultant are pleased with the progress that some feeling has returned to my upper arm, there are concerns from my elbow downwards.

I have been referred to a hand specialist as by now there should have been some improvement. I have alternate physio and hand assessments every two weeks going forward and I am also attending nerve specialist appointments.

As you can imagine it was not the news I was hoping for as I’m desperate to get back to you all 😓
For now though our lovely Micheal will be looking after everyone whilst I’m recovering. Also don’t forget all you root tint clients I’m here for ya!

So I will battle on and my next update will hopefully be a happier one!

Hello everyone ☺️

A quick update before I sign off. My shoulder is still in a lot of pain however the wound has healed well. I am seeing my nerve specialist early January and hoping for some good news.

Some feeling is returning to my upper arm, the doctor says nerves repair 1-2mm per day so I may have a long wait….

But he seems positive so the minute I get my hand back I will be back! In the mean time our lovely Micheal will be looking after anybody who needs cutting/foiling. Just message me or contact him directly on 07817467132….. I can manage root tints but that’s it for now ☺️

Hi everyone….

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking with regards to people’s Christmas appointments, I understand no one wants roots for the big day…..

So what I can offer is colour services to cover that, however I’ll be unable to do any cutting and styling?

Would this be a good compromise for everybody? Obviously it won’t be the best shampoo experience with one arm but I’ll try my absolute best!!!

Please let me know your thoughts, I’m more than happy to do this as you all know work is literally keeping me going right now!

This is the update I’ve not been wanting to share.

Sadly it is to be a repeat in time in 2025…not for leap year but for the awful time with my parents passing in 2021. Mums anniversary tomorrow. 🪽

It is however also the day I have to accept defeat and retire from work on medical grounds 💔😭

I am hoping now that my inner strength has somewhat returned enough to beat this latest set back and I will resume my diary/passion/need ASAP.

I wish you all sincere apologies and please know I did not take this news lightly.

I am absolutely heartbroken to share this update with you all 💔

I have broken my left shoulder blade which has subsequently been operated on over the last 4 days. The bones will heal however I have nerve damage which has resulted in the loss of the use of my full arm, hand and fingers. I am engaged in intensive physio therapy and awaiting a referral to a nerve specialist surgeon in Wigan.

I am hoping and praying that some movement will return within the next week or two but there is no guarantee at this point if/when that will ever happen 😰

Please bear with me, at this point as I say I am trying everything I physically can to get back to my diary. I will update you all on Monday with a view to what the next steps will be.

Just over here working my hair magic as per 🙅🖤🤍🩶

My lady had natural almost base 1 (black) Asian hair with highlights that were very yellow and uneven. We did a full head of foils and applied some of the natural colour to take away the yellow. All followed with a magic potion for that silver 🤤

Catch me Revive hairdressing new Tuesdays, Thursdays and some extra dates around Christmas also at Arena salon Fridays and Saturdays!

Absolutely loved my first day at Revive hairdressing new !!
Feels like I've always been there!

My hours are:
Tuesdays 9:30-5, Thursdays 9:30-7:30 and 1 Saturday per month which will be confirmed once my mobile is in working order again!!

Welcoming clients old and new 💓💓

The rest of the time I am based at Arena in Bebington Fridays and Saturdays!!

The future is looking bright at long last!!
