I’m so excited to finally share that Soul & Glow Studio is moving! 🤍
A beautiful new space is coming, created with the same intention at the heart of Soul & Glow - a place to slow down, switch off, relax and take a little time for yourself.
I’ll be offering all your favourite treatments, including massage, holistic facials, hydra dermabrasion & derma planing facials, brows & makeup, all from my new home upstairs with Lucy at The Beauty Box in Bedale. 🌿

This video focuses on a client who was carrying a lot of tension through the shoulders and neck, with some stubborn knots that needed a little extra attention.
Every massage can be tailored to what your body needs - whether that’s tight shoulders and neck, lower back pain, headaches & jaw pain, tired legs from running or the gym, or you simply want a relaxing massage to switch off and unwind.
Using Swedish massage techniques, I can adjust the pressure and focus on the areas that need it most.

My treatment bed has had a slight upgrade! A soft towel, cosy duvet and blanket, plus a leg bolster to help you feel completely at ease during your treatment.

You may know me as Grace Avhede Beauty Studio, but after lots of thought, I’ve decided it’s time for a change.
Grace Avhede Beauty Studio is now Soul & Glow Studio ✨
The new name reflects so much more of what I want my business to be about - healing, relaxation, holistic wellbeing and that beautiful natural glow.
My treatments are all about creating a space where you can slow down, switch off and take some time for you.
From natural skincare and facials to massage, brows, makeup and holistic treatments, there’s a little bit of beauty and wellbeing woven into everything I do. 🌿

Double cleansing is one of my favourite ways to give the skin a proper cleanse at the start of every facial🧖♀️
I always start with the Tropic Smoothing Cleanser in any facial. It gently melts away makeup, SPF and the build-up from the day, without leaving your skin feeling tight or dry.
Then I go in with the Hydrating Cleanser during the Calm & Restore Facial 🤍
This gives the skin that second, gentle cleanse, creating a soft lather that lifts away anything left behind while keeping the skin hydrated, calm and comfortable.
The result? Clean, soft, plump skin that doesn’t feel stripped 🫧
