And yes… this really is the last time I’ll get to see my lifelong crush, Pat Sharp, as this is the final Back 2 Festival. 💛📼

✨ Day 1… Here we go! ✨

I’m often asked what skincare routine I use and, to the surprise of many, my answer has always been… none! 🙈

I’ve been lucky enough to inherit good skin genes, but at 51 I’ve decided it’s finally time to start practising what I preach.

As many of you know, I use the Teoxane skincare range in clinic, as it has been developed to complement aesthetic treatments and support the skin before and after procedures.

For my own personal skincare journey, however, I wanted to introduce a dedicated vitamin A (retinol) routine. So, after doing what I always do… lots of research! 🤓📚… I’ve decided to start with Medik8.

My starter routine includes:
