If you love coming to ELO for a little bit of time to yourself to relax and unwind, you will be so excited to hear what is coming!
Iâm teaming up with Kerrie from Yoga Passion for a morning Join us for a morning of gentle movement, skincare and deep relaxation. A chance to reset, restore and leave feeling refreshed and ready for the season ahead.
Weâll start with a gentle Hatha yoga flow, before I take you through some of my favourite Tropic products, how to use them and which ingredients could work well for your skin this winter.
Then Kerrie will guide you through a beautiful Yoga Nidra meditation, with Tropic eye masks to help you completely switch off.
Itâs two hours to slow down, breathe, learn a little, relax and just be with other like-minded and amazing women!
And honestly, I think so many of us could do with that.
Iâd love to see some familiar ELO faces there, as well as anyone who hasnât visited me yet!
