5 MYTHS ABOUT LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE 👀

There’s so much misinformation surrounding lymphatic drainage right now, so let’s get back to what the treatment is actually designed to do. 🤍

Lymphatic drainage isn’t about losing fat, “detoxing” the body or using as much pressure as possible.

It’s a specific technique used to support the movement of lymphatic fluid and can help with things such as temporary swelling, fluid retention and that heavy, puffy feeling.

And one of the biggest misconceptions? Harder and faster does NOT mean better. Effective lymphatic drainage relies on appropriate pressure, rhythm, direction and technique — not trying to force fluid around the body.

I’m passionate about getting the education right because clients deserve to understand exactly what they’re booking, what it can do and, just as importantly, what it can’t do.
