Tomorrow is the London Marathon, a running event of 26.2 miles, or a bit further running through the crowded streets!!

Wishing those of you competing either in London or virtually a really good day of running! You’ve trained and now it’s time to put it all together!

We are nearly at the end of February, 2025 is going to be another good year!

I have entered my favourite half distance triathlon, The Swashbuckler in July, down in The New Forest, my official training starts March 17th so I am coasting to then!

It is turning colder out there but the heating is on and my massage room is lovely and warm. See you soon!

Autumn is certainly on its way, cooler days but we still have some lovely sunshine around.

I was shopping the other day and I was surprised to see Christmas cards, presents and chocolates all out on display! It seems far too early, but it will soon be round. So how about dropping hints to your loved ones that you would love a massage voucher for your Christmas present or buy one for them? You can email me to request a voucher and I will email it back. They are valid for 1 year.

I am now in the height of my training for IronMan 70.3 Cascais and racing on October 19th. I’m getting excited for this race as its my first middle distance triathlon this year. Do you have any races planned? Make sure you are looking after your body with training, eating and sleeping and not forgetting your massages! See you soon.

As the outside temperature rises my therapy room stays nice and cool 😎 no need to worry about overheating.
