Had to share this!
Last night I recreated a picture with my little man to see his growth.
1 month old vs 2.5 months old.
But..
LOOK AT MY HAIR!
I struggle to grow my hair as it gets think and breaks but for once my hair is thick, shinny, healthy and longer.
The secret is Biotin 🙌🏽
Just in 5 weeks my hair looks amazing, my skin is glowing and with a boost of vitamin B12 I’m full of energy ( back to double MMA sessions and sparring) 😁
Biotin injections are one of the cheapest treatments available in most clinics, also one of the best things you could treat yourself with.
