So, as most of you know I had a bit of a bad health spell, I'm delighted to say I'm feeling better than I have in a while. I also have two new editions to my every expanding family. Carla has a little boy Bráyden and Rebecca has a little girl Emmy. While I've been taking it easy I have been babysitting my two sweethearts. Both are 1 years old now. They have me wrapped round their finger. They have gave me a new lease on life... Emmy is the boss of me 100 percent her mother lol, and Bráyden is a cuddle muffin, loves his singing, dancing, especially techno nursery rhymes and counting. I seem to have gotten all our children in pairs, Lana and Mason are P2 and P4, Leona and Shea ( The kray twins) are 1st years and Teighan and Lucy are 5th year and Lucy's doing her A levels. The years have went by so quickly. Ive been Lashing now for 10 years. Here's some photos of the newbies

Hi ladies, its been a while. We just celebrated Lucy's 18th birthday 🎂 🥳 we had a blast. Can't believe she was doing nails here 5 years ago. She may return for the summer for a day or so. Same as myself. Ive still been doing my couple of regulars but now the good weather is in, I'll be opening up some new appointments and treatments

For one thing, she noted that while her child enjoyed watching these programs, there was no adverse reaction when she turned them off. “He didn’t fight me or get upset, he just went back to playing!”

But perhaps even more importantly, she noticed that his sleep improved. That’s right, parents with tough-to-put-to-bed kiddos, listen up.

The mom attributed this to the fact that, generally speaking, 90s shows had much lower stimulation, but also more heavily focused helpful lessons and creative exploration. Sure, there are still shows that do that, like Bluey, but nowadays having a slower pace, softer color palette, and more subdued soundtrack is certainly no longer the standard.
