Its fffrrriiiyyyyaayyy and start of a 4 day weekend. So ok yes we are getting older but at least fit one day in for some fun! Me of course im doing 2. Lol XX

Thankful thursday. Smooth sailing week so far. Adulting going gr8 and drama free. Bank holiday weekend approaching and as usual ive got some fun sprinkled in to feed the soul. Sun making an appearance also a bonus. Have u got ur weekend fun sorted? If not do it now. Weekend starts 2moro XX

Wise words Wednesday. When ur planning ur week make sure you have added in something that sings to your soul. You never know when ur plans may have to change X

Tuesday thoughts. Im meeting more and more people going through difficult silent battles they have shared with me and i cant imagine being in their shoes. But my advice is always the same. Show up for yourself! Selfcare however that is in your current situation is a solution.

Funny Monday. Many memories from a full weekend but saturday was special. I often think about why and how we meet people. I dont believe anything is random! This one pic still has me blown away. These guys came into my chums life in different stages yet they all share the same birthday or a day apart. Random...nope reality. Another fun moment. Do u see the size of that fish..... too funny!

Silly saturday. So i completed my friday post. Danced, gr8 food, cocktails and gin, and yup the f**k off face :-). Thanks to my scottish friend who captured it perfectly! :-)

Family Friday. How adorable are my brothers family. A little boy! Sooo proud of you Alex McCabe. Mark McCabe your a lucky man. Luv u all xx
