Almost needed a tissue for this one 🥲🤍
I’m so proud of Cliona for how far we have come on her skin. She has put in the work to take on the skincare & lifestyle advice and maintains her skin with regular treatments, it’s been a journey but it was worth every second.
She has learnt so much and has an amazing understanding of what her body needs for her skin to thrive & puts in the work provide this for herself daily! Showing up for herself 🙌

These photos are one year apart! There is no quick fix for skin, but your skin is not a problem to be solved…it’s a work in progress.
The moment you fall into looking after your skin softly, without pressure & with love for yourself and your body… that’s when the magic happens.
You can’t abandon your body or your mental health when chasing clear skin as they are part of the story 🤞🏼

Starting this business changed my life and me as a person forever 💞
I used to be someone who made people order for them, who couldn’t make phone calls and the thought of being out in public made me physically shake. I was very vulnerable and a lot of people took advantage of this.
Since starting my business I spend my entire week talking to other women & every single client I speak to teaches me something unique.I have clients that make anxiety anxious, that walk into a room and know their power. That would speak up for a complete stranger if they ever felt it was necessary without as much as a second thought or hesitation.
I have clients who work with the sick, who teach our children & who look after our grandparents in there last moments. I have sooo much respect at how selfless they are and how much they give to others & how big their hearts are 🥲
I have clients who have been through hardships and came out the other end & tell me how they managed and what that period of their life has taught them. They are so courageous and their words stay with me because they are so admirable.
I have clients that know we are both a safe space to each-other and can talk about whatever is on our minds from woman to woman with no judgement. They make me appreciate true connections in life and it feels so refreshing being able to talk with any human vulnerably 🥹
All these women, came from all walks of life and have taught me something in some form or another. Some clients are so confident, others are so positive, some are ambitious and the list could go on…
I think what I’m trying to say is, you leave your mark on every single person you meet and they see traits in you that inspire them. Wither its to be more confident, more patient, more understanding… you make more impact on others than you will ever realise.
I am who I am because of the women I’ve been so lucky to talk to over the past 3 years. I am so blessed to attract such beautiful souls into my treatment room 🌍 Rebecca x

Okay okay even I’m shook at this one 😮💨✨
The photo on the right was Saturday and the photo on the left was Thursday! Yup… 5 DAYS APART 🥹
Sarah was booked in for skin barrier repair and we were chatting about the origin of her acne & we found a trigger in supplement form we had previously missed. I suggested doing an elimination test, to see if she seen a reduction in sebum production and inflammation. Safe to say we both weren’t expecting this 5 day turnaround 😦
Acne is very unique to the individual and what’s a problem for you may not be to somebody else so it’s important to work with an acne specialist to narrow down your triggers and root causes.
Although this is a 5 day transformation, Sarah has been visiting me long term and we have got her clear and we’ve been getting her clear to an extent but this supplement was proving a huge issue in exacerbating the reoccurrence of acne.
Acne is not cured, it is managed. My job is to help get you clear and teach you how to stay clear 🤍

Another day, another skin slay ✨
My client Amy came to me after taking a break away from facials and trying a new popular skin care line for her skin. Unfortunately, her skin barrier was severely impaired and disrupted as these products were not fit for her skin.
Since she’s been back in the treatment room consistently for the last 7/8 months and with some recommended skin care changes her skin is thriving ✨💫
I’m sooo over the moon for her & I look forward to seeing her every month for her maintenance treatments 🥹🤍
You deserve to feel confident in your skin, don’t get me wrong it takes work and most importantly trust in your skin specialist.
I’m so proud of how far we have come 🙌

The difference a month can make 🙌
4 weeks ago Rebecca had a Barrier Repair Treatment to detox the skin and reduce inflammation, at her appointment we chatted about some lifestyle changes to incorporate & she also got a new spot treatment to target blemishes and scarring.
Today she was in for a BioRePeel to target scarring and some comedones.
The difference is insane ✨🤍

I am opening a gorgeous skin studio on the Falls Road on the top floor of Glitz.
I’ve been in the skin industry almost 3 years and have dreamed about a space that felt like me and reflected the level of care I want to provide for my clients & I have finally found my dream space 😭🤍
This isn’t just another room, it’s going to bring a whole other level to my treatments and I have so much space to utilise for growth & more modalities 🙈
It’s going to be like no location I’ve ever in been in before, I’m so excited to bring this space to you all and show you what I have in store.
Three years on into the skin industry I’ve learnt that facials go beyond glowy skin & the power of touch is seriously underestimated.
I would never have been able to do this without the support of all my amazing clients, every decision I make in the business is for all of you… so I’m so incredibly excited to see you all in this new space.

February - December between these photos🥹
Anna suffered with acne most of her life & experimented with Accutane + Birth Control to try keep her skin at bay. While birth control kept it under control she knew it was unsustainable long term and once she decided to come off it her acne came back, that’s when she came to visit me.
I can’t emphasise enough how acne is an ALL round approach and everybody’s root causes are different. Some treatments only treat acne as an outside problem, when it’s a symptom of a must bigger picture.
Here are some of my favourite things that Anna did to clear her skin:
Regular treatments to build her skin barrier
Invested in routine curated by me for her skin
Changed her mindset + visualised clear skin through a vision board
She began nourishing her body and consuming hormone supporting foods
This is a perfect example of being open minded to take the advice your skin specialist is providing you & if your slacking on this advice then make this your skin to invest in your body so your skin will thank you!🤍

4 Week Transformation 🫧
Rosacea is a difficult skin concern to manage as it isn’t fully understood what causes Rosacea to occur.
As a skin therapist it is out of my scope to treat rosacea. However, there are treatments I can offer to strengthen the skin barrier and ways I can educate you to help manage your rosacea at home.
My client had a new client facial that focused on enzyme therapy and LED light therapy to help soothe inflammation in the skin. We then curated a custom routine & I sent her over my ebook on Rosacea to help her understand what her possible triggers could be. We then did Korea’s No.1 Acne & Rosacea skin barrier treatment to achieve these results.
Rosacea can be triggered by red wine & even tomato’s. It’s so important to know these triggers and also know what you can add to your diet to help your skin from the inside too.
This external/internal approach is proving successful as these results are just 4 weeks of working with me. My client travels 45 minutes to see me and is so dedicated to her routine at home & this shows in her skin. I’m so proud of the results we are achieving from working together and can’t wait to see what the next 4 weeks holds in store for her skin!🫧
