Rediscover Holistic Therapies

People are always so quick to say "nobody cares about mental health" if they genuinely don't care cut them off, but before you say they don't care you need to look at if they understand it, if they feel nervous or anxious around it, you need to care enough about your own mental health to teach and help others about it or try to understand it even if sometimes you don't feel like you understand it yourself 🫶🏻❤️

My own MH Journey on World Mental Health Day.....

Cost of living has us all by the dangly ones 🙃

I always say ack don't worry sure sort me out when home and settled because I genuinely hate hate hateeeeeeee dealing with money 😭🤣

Anyone else feel like they are in and out like the dusty bluebells 🙃 Left the house at 7.45am and only home now!
