👩‍🏫 What is a Classroom Assistant?
A Classroom Assistant supports teachers in the day-to-day running of the classroom, helping children with their learning, providing one-to-one support where needed, preparing materials, and creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. It’s a rewarding role for anyone passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

If you're seeking a meaningful career in local schools, this bespoke academy is the perfect place to start.

🎓 What the Academy Includes:
✔️ 2-week online training academy via Zoom
✔️ Accredited Level 2 Safeguarding qualification
✔️ OCN Level 3 SEN training
✔️QCF L3 Teaching and Supporting Learning qualification
✔️ Introduction to child development, learning styles, play in education, and classroom management
✔️ One-to-one mentoring
✔️ Employability support, including CV building, interview skills, and job searching
✔️ Insight into the education sector

You will be required to undertake a minimum of 300 hrs practice in a classroom as part of the QCF L3 qualification.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Participants must:
• Be unemployed and actively seeking work, or underemployed / at risk of redundancy
• Be genuinely interested in a Classroom Assistant career
