This is one of the biggest mistakes I see.

Dry skin → acids.
Dull skin → stronger peel.
Breakouts → more actives.

Then the skin becomes even more inflamed.

Your skin barrier is there for a reason.

Think of it as the protective wall between your skin and the outside world.

When that wall becomes damaged, moisture escapes more easily and irritants pe*****te more easily.

That is why compromised skin can suddenly feel like everything burns.

Even products you used before.

The goal is not always to remove more layers.

Sometimes the goal is to rebuild what has been damaged.

„Why does my skin feel like sandpaper?”
