If you’re thinking about having something done before Christmas, now is the time to start planning 🎄

Some treatments need time. Time to build collagen, time for a course of treatments, or simply time for everything to settle and for us to review your results.

This isn’t a list of things you need to do before Christmas. But if there’s something you’ve already been thinking about addressing, planning ahead means we can choose the right treatment and the right timing for you.

Save this one for when you’re ready to start planning 🤍

Natural doesn’t always mean untreated 👀

I’ve had more aesthetic treatments than you might think, but the goal has always been the same - to still look like me.

Good aesthetics shouldn’t have people wondering what you’ve had done. It should have them thinking you look really well!

Do any of my treatments take you by surprise? ✨

One thing I’ve learnt with experience? Not every face needs a treatment.

I used to think a patient leaving without having something done meant I hadn’t done my job.

Now I know that sometimes, saying “you don’t need it” is doing my job properly. 🤍

Turns out, little Amy had a plan 🤍

From school girl, to medical school, to becoming a doctor…and eventually finding a career where I get to combine medicine with something I’ve always cared about - helping people feel good in themselves.

I think she’d be pretty happy with how it all turned out. 🥲

Consider this your official warning before you hit follow 😂

Expect plenty of aesthetics, collagen chat, Sculptra enthusiasm and an unreasonable amount of Diet Coke (perhaps behind the scenes only).

Hopefully there are more reasons to stay than go 🫶🏼

The kind of result people notice…without knowing what they’re noticing. 💉

Subtle adjustments to the nose, cheeks, lips and chin to bring the profile into harmony - without changing what makes her look like her.

Profile balancing is about assessing how everything works together, rather than looking at each feature in isolation. 🤍

September always feels like a fresh start ✨

A return to routine, a chance to reset - and maybe a reminder to put yourself back on the list too.

Whether that means finally looking after your skin, starting the treatment plan you’ve been thinking about, or simply doing something that makes you feel good in yourself.

This September, make yourself one of the priorities. 🤍

When I’m looking at a face, I’m never looking at one area in isolation.

For Julieann, it was about restoring some of the volume she’d lost through the temples and sides of the face, then adding subtle support through the chin, jawline and around the nose and mouth.

Nothing drastic, and no need to touch that beautiful nose!

Just small amounts, carefully placed, to soften, support and bring everything together 🤍

The results are only part of the story.

The consultations. The planning.
The tiny adjustments. The knowing when to add, and when to leave alone.

This is the work I love.
