Thank you so much for choosing SJMUA for you glam! 💄 Please take a moment to read through my booking and service policy before your appointment:

💳 Deposits & Payments

* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

* Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

* The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (cash or bank transfer).

📆 Cancelations & Rescheduling

* If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will need to pay the remaining of your balance before you can be booked in again.

* If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

* No-who’s will not be rebooked without full payment upfront.

🚗 Travel

* I offer mobile appointments within all areas of Belfast.

* A travel fee of £10+ applies depending on your location - this will be quoted when booking.

⏰ Late Arrivals

* Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled, and your deposit can not be refunded.

🧴Skin & Allergies

* Please arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face.

* If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please let me know on your consulation form when booking.

* I use professional, high-end products, but it is your responsibility to notify me of any concerns.

💻 Bridal & Group Bookings

* Bridal packages require a separate consultation and full quote.

* A larger deposit may be required for group bookings or weddings.

📸 Social Media

* I may take photos of your finished look for my portfolio and social media (with your consent).

* If you prefer not to be photographed, just let me know!
