Flashback to Eve’s wedding a few years ago 👰

Each bride is individual and gets their own bespoke look designed at the trial but quite often I like to use neutral bronze and champagne tones to tie in with the classic white/cream/ivory dress. Within these tones you can play a lot with colour depth and placement, making the look as soft or dramatic as you like.

Soft pinks are a great option for bridesmaids as they’re typically wearing something with more colour and this can reflect in the makeup. To me soft pinks still fall into the neutral category, whilst adding a subtle pop of colour. These dusty rose tones look great with any outfit but especially if the bridal party is wearing green, purple or pink.

A classic soft glam always looks good for the mother of the bride. I typically use a colour with more depth on the lips. This brings a lot more warmth to the face. I also love encouraging more mature clients to try false lashes. A corner lash or individuals can really open the eye up and make them stand out in photos.

I loved this look on our beautiful model Saffron. I wanted to keep the skin translucent so I skipped foundation and focused on skin prep & glowy base products paired with concealer. I used 3-4 different shades of lip pencil to enhance her natural freckles. Normally I don’t often do a matte lip but I think this look called for it with such glossy skin.
