One of the biggest misconceptions is that Botox simply “removes wrinkles.”

Cleft Lip Clinic ✨♥️
This gorgeous patient trusted us to improve the symmetry and shape of her lip using a soft dermal filler in a micro droplet technique. A beautiful result using 0.7ml total to help create overall balance and proportion.

This is a beautiful example of treating the face based on proportions, not simply adding volume.
A good injector knows how to inject dermal filler. An expert injector knows where to inject… and just as importantly, where not to.
Our patient already had beautiful features. Rather than changing them, Holly carefully enhanced facial balance by using small, precise amounts of dermal filler only where it was needed.
Micro-droplets of Teoxane dermal filler were placed within the deep medial cheek and medial SOOF to provide subtle support, while deliberately leaving the lateral cheek untouched to preserve a natural cheekbone contour.
The lips were balanced by enhancing the top lip only, creating proportions closer to the golden ratio of 1:1.618, allowing the face to appear more harmonious without looking treated.
Beautiful aesthetic medicine isn’t about treating everything. It’s about understanding anatomy, facial proportions and having the confidence to leave areas alone.
