Hot weather can leave your skin feeling dehydrated, irritated and more vulnerable to sun damage. With just a few simple changes to your routine, you can keep your skin healthy, glowing and protected all summer long.

Choose a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and reapply every 2 hours if you’re spending time outdoors.

💧 Stay hydrated
Healthy skin starts from within. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help maintain hydration and support your skin barrier.

🧴 Keep your skincare light
Swap heavy creams for lightweight, hydrating products such as hyaluronic acid gels or oil-free moisturisers.

🧊 Soothe and cool your skin
If your skin feels hot or irritated, use calming ingredients like aloe vera, niacinamide or thermal spring water to reduce redness.

🕶️ Protect yourself from the sun
Wear sunglasses, a wide-brimmed hat and seek shade during the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm).

🌙 Don’t skip your evening routine
Cleanse away SPF, sweat and impurities before applying a nourishing serum or moisturiser to help your skin repair overnight.
