What an absolute privilege it was to facilitate conversation with New Horizons this morning about how to safely help trauma survivors on their journey of healing ❤️‍🩹

It was lovely to share from the perspective of both therapist and a trauma survivor myself 💪🏻

Feels like forever since I’ve delivered any kind of group work but this fully enjoyable…such a privilege to share with and hear from the participants this morning!

It’s so easy to go from client to client and not take time to take a breath, to check in and reconnect with ourselves…
