Someone commented on one of our posts to say:
"What is Reproductive Reflexology?"
Great question, and we’re glad you asked!
Reproductive Reflexology (Reproflexology™) is a specialised form of reflexology that supports fertility and reproductive health for both women and men.
👣 It’s much more than a foot massage. Our trained reflexologists use medical testing to guide treatments and monitor progress.
Treatments may help with:
✅ Regulating menstrual cycles
✅ Improving s***m quality and function
✅ Identifying and supporting underlying reproductive conditions
We focus on the whole person. That includes physical health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle factors, because every part of your health matters.
Whether you're trying to conceive naturally or using fertility treatments such as Clomid, IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor cycles or surrogacy, Reproflexology™ can offer support throughout your journey.

When you are struggling to get pregnant, it can be easy to assume you are alone in your difficulties.
Sadly, this is not the case. It is estimated that 1 in 6 couples need support.
Of those couples, the difficulties are experienced by 1/3rd men, 1/3rd female, and 1/3rd joint. This means that couples have equal responsibility in taking care of their fertility health and well-being.
Many couples turn to complementary therapies to support their path to pregnancy, often alongside varying forms of assisted conception such as Clomid, IUI, IVF, and ICSI.
In a study* that we (The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists) carried out, 68% of couples conceived whilst receiving treatment with our therapists over an average of 11.32 sessions.
Members of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR) are specially trained in Reproflexology™, using structured and prescriptive treatment protocols. It's a global membership, too, meaning you will be able to find a local therapist.
If you are struggling to get pregnant, you are not alone. Visit our website to find one of our reproductive reflexologists near you.
*The study was conducted with 180 couples, and the results are available to view on our website.

👣❤️. Time to introduce myself. 👣❤️
I am a qualified Reflexologist with 9 years’ experience working as a complementary therapist within the community, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and physical challenges.
Over the years I have worked with clients who are:
• In caring roles
• Experiencing stress, anxiety or low mood
• Living with inflammation or lymphatic issues
• Navigating fertility and reproductive health journeys
As a trained Reproductive Reflexologist, I have had the privilege of supporting many individuals and couples throughout their fertility journey — not only through reflexology treatments, but by offering compassionate support, guidance and a calm, understanding space along the way.
I trained under Barbara Scott through The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR), and I continue to work in a way that is gentle, holistic and tailored to each individual client.
As a mother of two myself, I understand how important it is to feel supported, listened to and cared for during life’s more challenging moments.
After a particularly challenging few years I am now ready to take on new clients in the Belfast and surrounding area.

We heard from one of our members who had a fabulous Google review about the reproductive reflexology treatments they provided:
"What can I say? You are an absolute genius!
I have been having [reproductive] reflexology for a number of months now whilst trying to conceive and not only am I 13 weeks pregnant I have gained invaluable insight on how to pause, slow down and make time for myself.
Having a 4 year old and a full time busy job means I am always on the go but investing in myself and having regular treatments have changed my overall state of wellbeing.
I look forward to my sessions as I know you will create a safe environment for me to truly switch off and unwind. Your business is named so appropriately as bliss is exactly how I feel once I’ve had my treatment! Thank you xx"
Wow what a wonderful review. It perfectly shows how reproductive reflexology is more than just a foot massage.

We love to hear fertility success stories.
Rowena (one our member reflexologists) supported a family and mum shared this feedback:
"I highly recommend this treatment, after nearly giving up hope and being declined IVF me and my husband had no clue where to go and we had heard reflexology could help.
Rowena, completely relaxed me. We took time to look at my cycle and timed treatment around this.
After 6 years of trying and nothing... then on my 3rd treatment cycle, bam it happened!
You might not believe, but it's worth a short, believe me, I know it worked for us."
Well done Rowena, congratulations to Mum and Dad! What a lovely positive story.
