About the Role

We are offering full-time and part-time positions for enthusiastic trainees who want to develop their skills in a supportive and creative environment. As a trainee at Soul Hairdressing, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring from experienced stylists, and the opportunity to grow within a salon that truly cares about both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior stylists with client services
• Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying clients
• Learning and practising basic hairdressing techniques (Level 1 & 2)
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and tidiness
• Providing excellent customer service and building client relationships
• Participating in ongoing training and salon workshops

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for hair and beauty
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• For Level 2: Some previous salon experience or completed Level 1 qualification is preferred
• For Level 1: No experience necessary – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Part-Time Junior Assistant Hairdresser Wanted.

We’re looking for a junior assistant to join our busy salon team at Soul Hairdressing!

Perfect for someone planning to go to college (or currently studying hairdressing) and wanting hands-on experience.

✨ Duties include:
• Assisting stylists
• Washing/prepping clients
• Keeping the salon clean & organised

• Flexible with hours (including some weekends)
