Our new apprentice is getting on well, she is just finding her feet so her training is still ongoing!

Appointments will be available evenings and weekends, just send a message and I will get you sorted.

Appointments are opening up again from Monday 15th September. To begin availability will be:

Monday evenings 5.30pm onwards
Thursday evenings 5.30pm onwards
Saturday mornings 10am - 12pm

Injury can be debilitating, can impact your everyday life both mentally & physically.

Have you ever had a knock on your hand & seen how much it can affect you day to day & get in the way of training..imagine a bigger injury, the effects of that.

Building a strong & stable body will help to protect you & recover quicker, just keep moving.

RECOVERY

As with many things we should concentrate on getting the basics right before we move on to the more complex strategies for recovery.

Ensure you have adequate rest, eat to fuel your body, stay well hydrated & get some gentle movement.

Your body will thank you for it!
