It's that time of year again when a few customers who haven't visited us this year, or, who's hair is months overdue a cut, color or highights try to book-in for short 30min maintenance appointments like wee blowdrys, trims, root tints or t-bar foils when what the really want or need will take 2-3 times longer. 🙄
To avoid disappointment, please know that all appointments are time-senstive and extra time on the day will not be possible due to other clients appointments.
So please discuss your appointment fully before booking so that the suitable time slots needed can be fixed.
