📅 Please note: The salon will be closed on Wednesday due to staff holidays. However, I’ll still have my phone with me and will be available throughout the day to answer messages and book appointments, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Unfortunately, Linzi had a no-show for a full head of foils appointment this morning. As many of you know, appointments like these are booked out for several hours, meaning other clients who wanted appointments have unfortunately missed out.
We completely understand that things come up, but no-shows have a huge impact on our small business and our stylists’ time. I would hate to have to introduce deposits or cancellation fees, but if this continues, it may become our only option.
On a brighter note, Linzi now has some availability today, so if you’ve been trying to get an appointment, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit you in! ✂️💕
