✨ My Fascia Journey ✨

I just wanted to share a little experiment and experience I’ve had with fascia.

Many of you have seen my recent posts about the fascia training I’ve been doing, and honestly, it has completely blown me away. What’s fascinating is that I felt drawn to this training long before I fully understood why. Looking back now, I truly believe it was exactly what I needed.

Over the last two days, I had the opportunity to work alongside amazing people from different beauty and wellness backgrounds. Through the process, my body released so much tension and restriction—what Maria Alfieris beautifully refers to as the “stuff” we hold onto, often carrying a much deeper meaning than we realise.

Then something happened that really made me stop and think…

On Sunday, I attended a beautiful wedding. While going down the stairs, I fell from halfway down all the way to the bottom—landing on my knees! 😳

Of course, I ended up with a few carpet burns and scratches, but here’s the mind-blowing part…

✨ I felt NO PAIN. ✨

My legs felt so fluid, free, and supported. It was as if my body moved with the fall rather than against it. I honestly believe that if this had happened before my fascia release work, I might have been stuck in bed for days… and possibly needing crutches! 🤣

This experience reminded me how incredible our bodies are when we allow them to release what no longer serves them.

So today, I’m simply saying thank you to my body for letting go, healing, and moving forward. 🙏💛

I’m delighted to have completed my certification in Fascia Release with Maria Alfieris and from now on I will be taking booking into my business as Fascia Release Therapy 🌸

Learning never stops, and every new skill allows me to support my clients on a deeper level. This journey has expanded my understanding of the body, fascia, and the powerful connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.

Thank you to my teacher, Maria Alfieris, for sharing her knowledge and passion. I’m excited to integrate these techniques into my practice and continue helping others feel their best.
