Rose are red … or pink 💝 one of my fav things to do is create a beautiful alter to celebrate and symbolise all the things we will be focusing on in our yoga class. This is one im getting ready early for the cacao ceremony and heart opening ceremony and yoga class im leading Tom . .. hope you can join me one day .

So today I hosted a very last minute , but my first yoga class at home . I Felt the urge to just do it and step out of the comfort zone before I forgot all I had learnt and chickened out of ever teaching ! Thank you for those that came . I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to practice with me .

When you think it’s too late and you’ve missed the boat , my answer is just do it anyway . Where this journey will take me I’m not sure.. more teacher trainings for sure .. because I love to learn . I’m not always happy in those moments because they push me out of my comfort zone and I doubt myself , and I get frustrated at myself because I don’t learn as quickly as others but for now I look back at these two weeks with fondness, gratitude , pride and love . Truly a special moment in my life, and special friends made with each and everyone I shared these two weeks with . 🩷

finished off with a wonderful week of somatic yoga teacher training . Sunshine , nature , morning swims , yoga , somatic dance, singing, meditation, ecstatic dance , sisterhood, sharing circles , ice baths, breathwork , tears, laughter , friendships , amazing food , education , … the list goes on . Very blessed and grateful . X
