Tranquil Sounds

Don’t forget to look after yourself this autumn. Deeply relaxing sound baths to help relieve anxiety, help improve sleep and maybe inspire creativity. Everyone has a different experience but all will find deep relaxation. Space available this evening 7pm in Potten End.

Two autumnal sound baths planned at the lovely Pilates by Jenna studio in Apsley. Book by contacting the studio. Only 10 spaces available for each session.

Sundays 7pm, are for self care with deep relaxation. Lay down, wrap up and let the sounds and vibrations wash over and through you leaving your mind and body totally zen.

A beautiful evening of yin yoga underscored with gentle deep vibrations of the gong folllowed by crystal singing bowl and therapeutic percussion sound bath. A solid dose of nourishing the body and mind.
