"Finally trusting barbers again!

After a couple of awful cuts from a popular local barber, I sought out one last try at a barber before resorting to just shaving it all off and doing it myself in future. I explained the issue I had to the barber, he was sympathetic and thoroughly explained how he would fix the mess on top of my head. He talked all the way through, explaining the process and making sure he had my approval before and after various parts of the cut. Also made me a Turkish Tea which went down very well 3 Will be bringing my custom back here in future. I didn't feel like another bum in the seat, but rather a customer. I felt valued and despite a mum coming in with 3 kids towards the end of my cut, I didn't feel rushed out of my chair. Very happy 😊 "
