Hi all
Next wellness walk will be Saturday 24th October I usually do a Sunday but will be a Saturday this month
Doing one of the routes in Nut wood raywell its about 3.5 miles and takes you also through woodland of the Raywell cafe & bistro where we can also get a cuppa at the end
As always everyone is welcome and parking is just opposite the nut wood entrance meet at the gate just across the road ( it is a busy road so be careful )

September the 10th is world su***de day which tbh it’s not about just a day it’s something that is with us 365 days of the year a lot of us will of experienced or have been connected to su***de and depression

As the nights grow darker this can be a very lonely time for people and they find themselves struggling myself included sometimes

I’ve not been able to put a walk on the last couple of months but I’m pleased to say the next wellness walk is happening on Sunday 5th July this will be a stroll along the tickton river bank and around the nature reserve then a drink and a chat at the crown and anchor pub hopefully outside in the sun ☀️
As always everyone is welcome kids and fur babies too
