I’ve not been able to put a walk on the last couple of months but I’m pleased to say the next wellness walk is happening on Sunday 5th July this will be a stroll along the tickton river bank and around the nature reserve then a drink and a chat at the crown and anchor pub hopefully outside in the sun ☀️
As always everyone is welcome kids and fur babies too

Wellness walk is still going ahead this Saturday details on the post 💕💕

Hi Everyone

The next wellness walk is going to be Saturday 18th April I know it’s usually a Sunday but I’m teaming up again with the ladies so just for this month will be a Saturday
We’re doing the humber bridge walk starting at country park Inn then walking across the bridge and back there is a cafe on the other side or we can stop for a drink at the pub at the end it’s an easy walk approximately 4 to 5 miles
And men don’t don’t get put off by the word menopause anyone is still welcome but Katie from the team will be there if anyone needs a chat or advice ( and as one of my good male friends said the other day there is such a thing as the MANOPAUSE too 🤔🤣)
