Last night I had the most gorgeous Skin Therapy Experience with these 2 lovely friends. There was learning, giggles and even some deep breathing relaxation 🌈🌬️

I came home and did my own skin care routine, which always makes me feel calm, relaxed and ready for bed 💤- Side note- LOVING my new chrissy PJs 🥰🎄

Now, the morning after, I’m relaxing in bed with a ☕️ soaking it all up, having doggie cuddles 🐶 (don’t tell Wilf 🐕 that Lenny is allowed on our bed when we look after him 🤫 🤐 🤣).
