🌟NEW SALON POLICY 🌟

Due to a few no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I've had to make a change to my salon policy.

As any small business (sole trader). I appreciate every single customer that comes through my door. 🩷

But when i have cancellations, only hours before or a no-show, it has a high impact and not in a good way 😢

It doesn't give me time to re-book that appointment.

I didn't want to go down the route of taking deposits, so I've made a new policy as if you cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment, you will be charged 50% of that appointment..

I hope you all understand and appreciate these changes. Thank you to all my loyal customers for your continued support 🩷
