I’m Natalie, 44 year old mother of 2, wife to 1, friend, daughter etc. But I’m also here for me…and all that I need.

I started my holistic massage business in 2021 straight of the back of Covid and redundancy from a 10 year corporate EA job.

Never would I have dreamed that 5 years later I would have my own space, regular clients I now call friends and a life that nurtures me.

I have a passion for women’s health, both physical and mental. If only it wasn’t such an up hill struggle.

I believe in connection and touch.
