2 weeks in and my clothes are fitting much nicer, only lost a few pounds on the scales and am feeling a lot less hungry, just need to exercise which I can soon since having my op!
Feel so much less sluggish and before I started the injections my blood sugar levels were awful and i would shake if I was hungry, that’s all stopped! I’m sleeping better and even stopped biting my nails after about 30 years! 😅
In general they are a god send for your health! As of now I am going to be eating healthier as when I was hungry I eat rubbish like Chinese and McDonald’s 😅😅 prob one meal a day and that’s all I can manage! So salads and power walking from now and I bet the weight will fall off!
