We are a mother-daughter duo who specialise in Hair & Beauty Please note~ All colour appointments require a consultation & skin test.
Non refundable deposit will also be required for Colour appointments.

If for any reason the colour appointment cannot go ahead the deposit will be rolled over for when the appointment is rescheduled as long as there is a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice. Furthermore, if you simply do not turn up to the appointment unfortunately that deposit will no longer stay in place. If you do not give more than 48 hours notice then unfortunately the deposit will become void. This roll over scheme will be valid for up to 6 months. Please also make sure you turn on either 5 minutes before or on time to your appointment. Unfortunately if you are more that 15 minutes late to your appointment and I have a client booked afterwards the appointment will be cancelled as I would not want to rush an appointment or make my next client late. Furthermore, I hate to be that person, however failure to turn up to your appointment, will mean either a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. These cancellation fees are the same amount as your deposit. For Consultations, Wet cuts, Blowdrys- this is £5 or for Cut & Finish, Extensions maintenance this is £10. All payments can be made via: Cash & Card & Bank Transfer

When using fashion colours, it’s really important to make sure you’re using a colour protected shampoo & conditioner and lowering the temperature of the water to reduce fading ✨
