We’re looking for a warm, friendly and genuinely people-focused person to join our team 💛

This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, including at least one evening, with the opportunity for the role to grow alongside the business.

We’re looking for someone who:

💛 Is confident chatting to people
💛 Is naturally friendly, warm and personable
💛 Has a considerable amount of experience achieving customers satisfaction
💛 Understands what clients need and how to make them feel comfortable, cared for and valued
💛 Is organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in
💛 Is a confident all-rounder who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
💛 Has had, or currently has, treatments themselves and therefore understands the client experience from the other side of the consultation room

The role will involve supporting our clinicians and wider team with a variety of responsibilities, including:

✨ Assisting clinicians during treatments
✨ Supporting during consultations
✨ Completing and updating client notes
✨ Taking client photographs
✨ Helping with stock and clinic organisation
✨ Liaising with other members of the team
✨ Taking and returning calls
✨ Responding to messages and enquiries
✨ Helping to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and our clients receive the very best experience
✨ Happy to maintain clinic cleanliness

This is a real all-rounder role, and no two days will necessarily look the same. You’ll be supporting the team wherever needed, helping our clinicians and ensuring our clients feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their time with us.

We’re a close-knit team and the person we’re looking for will be someone who is naturally smiley and approachable, enjoys working with people and understands the importance of creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment a client gets in touch.
