As your coach, it’s my job to tell you what you need to hear… not always what you want to hear. 🤣

🍷 No… wine doesn’t count towards your water intake.

🏃‍♀️ Running to your car because it’s Friday isn’t your cardio for the week.

🙈 Yes… calories still count with your eyes closed.

🧀 Just because you need more protein doesn’t mean you can eat a whole block of cheese in one sitting.

🍕 And no… a calorie refund doesn’t exist just because the food tasted rubbish. The calories still count. 😂

All jokes aside, healthy living shouldn’t feel miserable.

We laugh, we learn, and we focus on progress over perfection.

Because the best results come from building habits you can actually stick to… not trying to be perfect.
