The real flex isn’t how much weight I’ve lost.

It’s how many lives I’ve been able to positively impact because I started my own journey. 💚

A few years ago I was struggling myself.

I lacked confidence.
I hated photos.
I was battling with my mental health.
I felt stuck.

I joined a nutrition club because I wanted to change my own life.

What I didn’t realise was that one decision would allow me to help hundreds of other women change theirs too.

Women who now have more energy.
Women who feel confident in their clothes again.
Women who no longer hide from photos.
Women who have improved their health.
Women who have found friendships, support and a community that genuinely cares.

Every transformation board.
Every smile.
Every message saying, “I finally feel like myself again.”

Those are the things I’m most proud of.
