Hello May ☀️👋 April highlights…..

Bloody hell what a night! I was so lucky to be part of an incredible group of runners and walkers who took to the London streets on Saturday night to navigate the London marathon route in reverse! We started near The Mall at one minute past midnight and jaunted our way across London to Blackheath before the start of the official London marathon. It was a wonderful experience seeing London at night time, some residential areas were so quiet and peaceful whereas the main roads were still bustling at 3/4 in the morning. We didn’t have the mega crowds that London is known for but lots of cheers and t***s from drivers passing by kept us amused as well as all the other friendly chatty competitors. It was brilliant taking part with my amazing friend and a privilege to help her get a marathon pb 👊🏻 And having and along as the best support crew made it even more special ♥️ Thank you and all the volunteers, you are a legend 🫶🏻 Oh and congratulations to anyone who ran the marathon proper, you are all awesome 😀🙌🏻
