✨CANCELLATION POLICY✨

Thank you for choosing my services. As a self-employed hairdresser, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy.

✨Appointment Deposits✨

A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

✨Cancellations & Rescheduling✨

* Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
* If no deposit was taken, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service may apply.

✨No-Shows✨

If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, you will be charged 100% of the booked service. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

✨Late Arrivals✨

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

* Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment needs to be shortened or rescheduled.
* If I am unable to complete your service due to your late arrival, the cancellation policy may still apply.

✨Emergencies✨

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

✨Thank You✨

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business. Your cooperation helps me provide the best possible service to all my clients.
