I am so excited (and honestly a little emotional!) to finally share this…

My children’s journal is now available for PRE-ORDER for the very first time! 💛

This has been such a natural and meaningful next step for me. After creating my adult journal, I felt so strongly that children deserved something just as nurturing, empowering, and supportive for their own wellbeing journey.

With years of experience working with children as a teacher, HWB champion, holistic therapist, and Reiki master, I’ve seen first-hand how important it is to support little minds early on. Add to that my deep passion for wellness through events and community, and this journal has truly been created from both professional knowledge and heartfelt purpose.

This isn’t just a journal… It’s a space for children to reflect, express, build confidence, and grow emotionally in a gentle, guided way 🌱

Relax & Reconnect is a calming wellness experience created especially for mums and teens to unwind, connect and recharge together.

This intimate 2-hour event is designed to nurture both mind and body through guided meditation, breath work, reiki healing and a guided mini facial, all within a beautifully cosy and relaxing setting.

Guests will also enjoy a special make & take pillow mist activity, light snacks and refreshments, plus a thoughtfully curated gift bag to take home.

With only 6 mums and 6 teens attending, this experience offers a warm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect and create meaningful memories together.
