✨ A little update regarding bookings ✨

Over the past 2 weeks , the salon has unfortunately lost almost £1,000 due to missed appointments and last-minute cancellations, with the majority of these being new client bookings.

As a small independent business, late cancellations and no shows can have a much bigger impact than people may realise. Appointment spaces especially longer colour appointments are often difficult to refill at short notice, meaning that time and income are completely lost.

Because of this, I’ll now be introducing a deposit system for all new clients bookings. Deposits will be deducted from the final appointment balance and are simply there to secure your space.

A cancellation fee will also apply to appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or where a client does not attend. I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and these will always be treated with understanding and considered individually.

Moving forward this will now mean that no colour appointments will be taken over the phone or through messenger these can only be done through the booking system to secure your appointment within the new policies!

This isn’t aimed at my lovely regular clients who continue to support me, communicate with me and respect my time. I’m so grateful for every one of you. This is simply a necessary step to protect the salon and make sure appointment spaces are kept fair and available for everyone.
