Life can be heavy sometimes. Behind every smile, there can be challenges we don’t always see — stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, self-doubt, or simply trying to hold everything together.

As therapists, we spend our days helping others feel good, confident, and cared for… but we also have moments where we struggle too. Sometimes we become so busy looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves.

That’s why we believe it’s okay to not be okay.

Our salon is more than just a place for treatments — we hope it feels like a safe, welcoming, judgement-free space. Somewhere you can take time for yourself, chat if you need to, sit quietly if you prefer, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
