✨A happier, healthier & healing 2026 ✨
A very different kind of post from me today. 2025 was the hardest year of my life. Losing my amazing Dad so unexpectedly has been the most devastating thing I have ever experienced. It did however light a fire in me to finally take notice of my health and strive to be a healthier, stronger version of myself both for me and my family.
Massive thank you to Mairead at for your support, guidance and advice this year.
2026 is going to be the year I challenge myself and my year to heal both my body and my mind.
