I’d just like to remind you all that I have business policy in place. When booking through myself or the Fresha app. Everyone will be notified of these. When you book in with me you agree to these policies…

1. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment date & time with 48 hours plus notice.
2. If you cancel from 48hrs or less, you will be charged 50% of the total treatment fee.
3. If you cancel last minute,on the day of or are a no show, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
4. If I cancel your appointment, you will be rescheduled without charge.
5. I only require a deposit with Anti-Wrinkle treatments. Which will be discussed at your face to face consultation.

These policies are in place to protect my business, my boundaries, my time, my bills & rental costs. These are non negotiable.

Please respect my policies. By doing so you are also respecting me.

These policies have been active and in place since January this year. And will continue to be in place for the foreseeable.

🗓️ As I’ll be extending my days and hours I’ll also be offering a ONCE A MONTH LATE NIGHT FRIDAY CLINIC UNTIL 9PM!!!

The FIRST FRIDAY LATE NIGHT CLINIC WILL BE 11th September 🌙

Many of my regulars are aware of these changes, and have already jumped at the chance to come and get pampered on a Friday. As my business grows so does my availability for you all 🫶🏽
