I was at the Zack Bryan concert 🎶 at Murrayfield recently and one thing that struck me was the number of people in one space.

Looking around a stadium packed with tens of thousands of people, I couldn’t help but think about how important it is that people know what to do in an emergency.

Security staff, stewards, colleagues, friends, family members – any one of us could be the first person on scene when someone needs help.

CPR is a simple skill that can make a life-changing difference 🙌🏼

After a lovely holiday watching Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 in the World Cup I’m back and looking forward to delivering more CPR training sessions over the summer ❤️
