This before & after shows what can be achieved with a consistent, structured approach to pigmentation.

The mesoestetic® cosmelan® programme is a professional depigmentation protocol designed to address the appearance of unwanted pigmentation and uneven skin tone.

But the key to understanding cosmelan® is that the transformation happens progressively — it isn’t a one-treatment solution.

✨ MONTH 1 — INITIATION
The programme begins with a 2 week preparation at home, followed by a professional in-clinic treatment. Post treatment, a prescribed homecare routine is followed. This initial stage helps to start the pigmentation correction process.

✨ MONTHS 2–3 — CORRECTION
This is where consistency becomes particularly important. Another first time lips in the bag 💋

I often get clients say “I am worried my lips will look fake” or “I am worried I will end up with a shelf”.

The fact is, alot of practitioners are taught to inject lips in a single and uniform manner. Using a single approach to all lip shapes and skin types. They typically taught to use a thicker/higher G prime product as it will “last longer”. This singular approach is creating an influx of unnatural and distorted results.

I treat everyone as an individual. I assess each persons unique anatomy, and tailor my approach to this. One technique today, may not be suitable for the next tomorrow.

This lovely client wanted a bit of a lift, but also her side profile felt flat. After thorough consultation, we established that the “m” shaped lip was giving the lip a flat appearance.

To even out the lips, a fine filler was placed to add more symetry to the lip shape, without the “fake” and “overfilled” look 💪🏼
