Hi Clients 💕 Just a little update regarding appointments going forward.
Due to a number of missed and last-minute cancelled appointments, I’ll now be taking a deposit to secure all future bookings.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Unfortunately, deposits will be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within the agreed notice period. 24HRS.
I completely understand that sometimes things happen, and this policy is simply to protect my time and ensure appointments are kept. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support! 🤍 🥰🥰
