CANCELLATION POLICY
You are able to change your appointment once with 72 hour's notice, upon rebooking you will be required to pay for the full treatment prior to your appointment, if you fail to do either your appointment will not be held, and your deposit will become null and void.
Failure to amend your appointment within 48 hours will deem your deposit null and void.
Cancellation of your appointment 48/72 hours will result in 50% of your deposit being refunded.
Cancellation of your treatment 72 hours + will result in a full refund, but you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full prior to confirmation of the appointment.
EMS Nails and Beauty wirral/EMS Nails and Beauty wirral Training Academy has right to change or amend the deposit system at any time and notification will be sent.
