Reflexology 1 hour full treatment £25
👣 Reflexology is a wonderful treatment, and the one I am asked about the most.
Once on the therapy bed I begin with a gentle foot massage then a full Reflexology treatment.
The theory behind reflexology is that specific points "reflex areas" on the feet and hands correspond to organs and systems within the body. Pressure applied to these specific points on the feet/hands enables the energy to flow through the body encouraging balance within the body.
▪️Reflexology is said to
▪️Improve Circulation
▪️Aid relaxation
▪️Improve your mood
▪️Gives a sense of wellbeing
▪️Improve energy levels
▪️Balance Hormones
▪️Help promote sleep
